Joey joins Selene with 25 years' industry experience within client management, loan originations and servicing operations. Prior to joining Selene, Joey led a team at Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS), where he was responsible for the oversight and management of clients, ranging from small hedge funds to large financial institutions. Joey's extensive experience and passion for client management will play a major role in Selene Finance's continued growth.

Asian Pacific Heritage Month
Kim Reed, Senior Vice President, Internal Audit is of Chinese-Vietnamese descent. Her family left Vietnam by boat in late 1978 to escape communism, arriving in Hong Kong days before her sister’s birth. After living in a refugee camp, Kim’s family was sponsored to the US by a disabled Vietnam Veteran. In Wisconsin, they lived on the sponsor’s farm where she was born a short time thereafter. Kim’s family embraced the challenges of a new language, a different culture, and new skillsets to enter the workforce so that their children could have better opportunities.
